Our comfortable home has a large kitchen with dishwasher. Adjoining it is an open dining room with sliding
glass doors which lead onto a large covered deck overlooking the backyard. The living room has a wood burning
brick fireplace. There is a piano in the living room. We have 3 bedrooms on the main floor, one which we have
converted into a TV and Computer room, but has a futon, so the room can also be used as a bedroom for additional guests.
The masterbedroom has a queensize bed, with 2 piece ensuite. The 3rd bedroom has a set of bunk beds.
The large living area in the basement opens to the back yard, and has a queen sofa bed, gas fireplace, TV
and DVD with surround sound. This lower level has a full size bathroom, washer and dryer, as well as a fourth bedroom
with a queen size bed.
We have 2 older cats who are not too social, so are fairly easy to look after. We could arrange for
someone to care for our pets if you should choose to make short trips around the area. We would be willing
to care for your animals in exchange.
We are non-smokers, and would appreciate exchanging with other non-smokers.
We could also negotiate the use of our 2012 Toyota Matrix, which has a manual transmission.
